At FACET, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging (including box and certificates)
• Proof of purchase is required
Custom-made & personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
• Incorrect size
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged items upon arrival
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the item.

Include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return

Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as FACET is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
