Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is confirmed and prepared, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.
Please note:
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery: 6–8 business days
International Orders
• Europe: 7–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–12 business days

Tracking
All FACET orders are shipped with tracking information.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
